摘要
根据电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)测定铂950饰品中钴的含量,并通过分析计算实验过程中样品称量、标液配制、标准曲线拟合和样品测量重复性各项引入的分量不确定度,合成得到钴含量的相对不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过各分量的合成计算,得到铂950饰品中钴质量分数的不确定度为(12. 80±0. 36)‰,k=2,此不确定度主要来源于标准溶液的配制和标准曲线的拟合过程。
The content of cobalt in platinum 950 was determined by ICP, and by calculating the uncertainty of eachcomponent such as weighing, standard solution preparation, standard curve fitting and sample measurement repeatability.The relative uncertainty and extended uncertainty of cobalt content were obtained. By calculating, the uncertainty of thecobalt quality score in platinum 950 was (12. 80 + 0. 36 ), and k = 2. The uncertainty was mainly derived from thepreparation of standard solution and the fitting process of standard curve.
