塔河炼化重质原油损耗研究与统计失效分析

Research and Statistics Failure Analysis of Heavy Crude Loss in Tahe Refining & Chemical Company

通过对塔河炼化重质原油的损耗现状进行分析,得出造成损耗较大的原因,并总结了在生产中对降低损耗效果显著的控制措施。在此基础上,进一步分析了塔河原油损耗统计中出现大额虚假盈亏的原因,并提出了完善原油计量系统、建立损耗管理机制、建立储运自动化管理系统等措施,以提高原油损耗统计的准确性,对完善炼化厂重质原油损耗的监控管理具有一定的指导意义。

Base on the analysis of heavy crude loss status from Tahe refining ＆ chemical company, the reasons to losswere concluded, and some control measures to decrease the loss effectively were summarized. On this basis, the problemof the numerous false gain or loss from the crude loss statistics was analyzed, and some measures to raise the accuracy ofcrude loss statistics were proposed, such as improving the measuring system, establishing the management mechanism ofloss and automatic management system of storage and transportation, etc. There was a certain guiding significance forimproving monitor management of heave crude loss in the refining ＆ chemical company.
