摘要
员工援助计划是当代人力资源管理的重要手段,其目的是改善员工的身心健康状态,提高组织的绩效。本文以临床医生为研究对象,通过文献分析法,指出了医院实施员工援助计划的必要性,找出了影响医院执行员工援助计划的因素,制订出一套有效的能够适用于医院的员工援助计划实施方案。为医院今后实施员工援助计划提供了理论指导,也为医院人力资源管理体系提供了保障,从一定程度上来讲,提高了员工工作的积极性,提高了医院的绩效。
The employee assistance program is an important means of contemporary human resource management. Its purpose is to improve physical and mental health of employees and improve the performance of the organization. This article takes the clinician as the research object, and through literature analysis, points out the necessity of the hospi- tal's implementation of the employee assistance program, identifies the factors that affect the hospital's implementation of the employee assistance plan, and formulates an effective employee assistance plan that can be applied to the hospi- tal. It could provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of the employee assistance program in the future, and provide security for the hospital's human resource management system. To a certain extent, it enhances the enthusiasm of employees and improves the hospital's performance.
