摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后认知功能的影响。方法选择我院2017年10月~2018年6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者80例,随机分为依达拉奉组和对照组,每组40例。依达拉奉组于麻醉诱导前20 min从外周静脉滴注依达拉奉0.5 mg/kg(生理盐水100 ml稀释),于30 min内滴注完毕。对照组以相同条件给予等容量的生理盐水。比较不同时间点血清S-100β蛋白水平、简易智能状态检查(MMSE)评分和术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的发生率。结果依达拉奉组术后6、24 h的血清S-100β蛋白浓度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);依达拉奉组术后6、24 h的MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);依达拉奉组各时间点的POCD发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可以有效减少老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后认知功能障碍的发生,对患者的术后认知功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Edaravone on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients under- going laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystecto- my from October 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the Edaravone group and control group, and there were 40 cases in each group. Edaravone group was dripped Edaravone of 0.5 mg/kg via peripheral vein 20 minutes before anesthesia induction (dilute with physiological saline to 100 ml), drop finished in 30 min, the control group was given such as capacity of physiological saline in the same conditions. The serum S-10015 protein levels, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score and the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) at different times were compared between the two groups. Results The serum S-10015 protein concentrations in the Edaravone group were lower than those in control group at 6, 24 hours after operation, and the differences were sta- tistically significant (P〈0.05). The MMSE scores of the Edaravone group were higher than those of control group at 6, 24 hours after operation, and the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The incidence of POCD in the Edar- avone group were significantly lower than those in control group at different times, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Edaravone can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, has a certain protective effect on the postoperative cognitive function.
