关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in the treatment of rotator cuff injury

目的探讨关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2016年1月我院收治的30例肩袖损伤患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组各15例。对照组给予开放式手术治疗,观察组给予关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗。比较两组的肩袖损伤修补效果、肩袖损伤愈合时间、治疗前后患者肩关节功能、日常生活能力、疼痛情况。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,术后引流量、切口长度、出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肩袖损伤愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的肩关节功能、日常生活能力、疼痛情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察的肩关节功能、日常生活能力、疼痛情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤的应用效果确切,可有效促进肩袖损伤愈合,减轻疼痛,改善活动功能和日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroseopie rotator cuff repair in the treatment of rotator cuff injury. Methods Thirty patients with rotator cuff injuries from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the sub- jects, and divided into two groups according to different therapeutic methods, with 15 cases in each group. In control group, open surgery was used, while in the observation group, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair was adopted. The effect of of rotator cuff repair, the healing time of rotator cuff injury, shoulder function, activity of daily living and pain before and afier treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the postoperative drainage volume, incision length and blood loss in the observa- tion group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. The healing time of the rotator cuff injury of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no great difference in shoulder function, activity of daily living or pain before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the shoulder function, activity of daily living and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic rota- tor cuff repair is effective for the treatment of rotator cuff injury. It can effectively promote the healing of rotator cuff injuries, relieve pain,improve mobility and activity of daily living, and is worthy of application and promotion.
