激素替代治疗联合坤泰胶囊在卵巢早衰治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of hormone replacement therapy combined with Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of premature ovarian failure

目的探究激素替代治疗联合坤泰胶囊在卵巢早衰治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的70例卵巢早衰患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(34例)与观察组(36例)。对照组患者接受激素替代治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的卵巢早衰治疗总有效率、治疗前后性激素水平[促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)]及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的卵巢早衰治疗总有效率为88.9%,明显高于对照组的67.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的LH、FSH水平均低于治疗前,E2水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的FSH水平明显低于对照组,E2水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊辅助激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰可提高治疗有效率,改善性激素水平,且未增加不良反应发生率,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the application effect of hormone replacement therapy combined with Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods A total of 70 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as objects and they were divided into the control group （34 cases） and the observation group （36 cases） according to the random number table method. The control group re- ceived hormone replacement therapy, and the observation group received Kuntai Capsule on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment for premature ovarian failure and the levels of sex hormone （luteinizing hor- mone [LH], follicle stimulating hormone [FSH], estradiol [E2]） before and after treatment and the total rate of adverse re- actions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment for premature ovarian failure in the observation group was 88.9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （67.6%）, and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the levels of sex hormone before treatment between two groups （P〉0.05）. The levels of LH and FSH after treatment in two groups were lower than those before treatment, the level of E2 was higher than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The level of FSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the level of E2 was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Kuntai Capsule assisted hormone replacement therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure can improve the efficiency of treatment, improve the level of sex hormone, and doesn＇t increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
