信息-动机-行为技巧模型护理管理模式对卒中后肢体功能障碍患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

Effect of the nursing management mode of information-motivation-behavioral skills model on the compliance behavior and quality of life in the patients with limb dysfunction after stroke

目的观察信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的护理管理模式对卒中后肢体功能障碍患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年7月~2017年7月收治的脑卒中患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规康复护理干预,研究组在对照组基础进行IMB模型护理管理模式。观察两组的治疗依从性、日常生活能力、患肢肌力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组治疗依从性、日常生活能力及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患肢肌力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IMB模型护理管理模式干预用于卒中后肢体功能障碍患者,可有效改善患者患肢功能恢复,提高治疗积极性,提高日常生活自理能力和生活质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To observe the effects of the nursing management mode of information-motivation-behavioral skills （IMB） model on the compliance behavior and quality of life in the patients with limb dysfunction after stroke. Methods A total of 120 stroke patients who were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, 60 casec in each group. The control group was given conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention. The study group was given IMB nursing management model on the basis of the control group. The treatment compliance, daily liv- ing ability, muscle strength and quality of life were observed between two groups. Results After intervention, the treat- ment compliance, daily living ability and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the muscle strength of the affected limb in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The IMB nursing managen^lent model intervention can be ap- plied in the patients with limb dysfunction after stroke, which can effectively improve the recovery of patients＇ limb function, improve treatment enthusiasm, improve self-care ability in daily life and quality of life, and promote patient recovery.
