摘要
目的在淋巴瘤治疗间歇期患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中规范化健康教育的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月~2017年7月我院接收的行PICC置管治疗的82例淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,每组各41例。参照组予以常规方法护理,在常规护理的基础上,研究组予以规范化健康教育。比较经不同护理干预取得的效果。结果出院后4周,研究组的健康责任感评分为(27.12±6.28)分,躯体活动评分为(22.20±5.22)分,营养评分为(25.32±5.17)分,心理健康评分为(26.24±4.32)分,压力调节评分为(25.20±3.22)分,人际关系评分为(26.32±4.18)分,显著高于参照组[(16.18±6.11)、(15.19±4.27)、(18.00±5.13)、(19.28±5.14)、(16.19±3.17)和(16.00±4.13)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意度为90.24%,显著高于参照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为7.32%,显著低于参照组的26.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行PICC置管治疗的淋巴瘤患者实施规范化健康教育,既能使患者的并发症降低,护理满意度提升,且还能使患者的健康行为能力有效提升。
Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized health education on peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) catheterization in patients with lymphoma during intercritical period. Methods From April 2015 to July 2017, 82 patients with lymphoma who underwent PICC were enrolled in the study. They were equally divided into study group and reference group by random number table method. In the reference group, routine nursing was used, while in the study group, on the basis of routine nursing, standardized health education was adopted. The efficacy of different nurs- ing interventions was compared and observed. Results Four weeks afler discharge, the health responsibility score, phys- ical activity score, nutritution score, mental health score, stress adjustment score, and interpersonal relationship score were (27.12±6.28) points, (22.20±5.22) points, (25.32±5.17) points, (26.24±4.32) points, (25.20±3.22) points, and (26.32±4.18) points in the study group, significantly higher than those in the reference group, (16.18±6.11) points, (15.19±4.27) points, (18.00±5.13) points, (19.28±5.14) points, (16.19±3.17) points and (16.00±4.13) points with statisti- cal differences (P〈0.05). The total nursing satisfaction fi'om patients in the study group was 90.24%, much higher than that of the reference group accounting for 70.73% with a significant difference (P〈0.05). The incidence of complica- tions in the study group was 7.32%, greatly lower than that of the reference group accounting for 26.83% with statisti- cal significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Standardized health education for patients with lymphoma treated with PICC catheterization can reduce the patient's complications, increase the nursing satisfaction, and effectively improve the pa- tient's healthy behavior.
