农村金融规模、结构、效率与农业经济增长——基于空间面板杜宾模型分析

Scale,Structure and Efficiency of Rural Finance and Agricultural Economic Growth——Dobbin Model Analysis Based on Spatial Panel

选取我国30个省市自治区2008—2016年的面板数据,构建了一个同时包含农村金融规模、结构以及效率的农业经济增长模型,创新性地将乡镇企业营业收入增加值与第一产业增加值之和作为衡量农业经济的指标,而且运用了空间计量分析考察农业经济增长和农村金融规模、结构以及效率之间的空间关联特征,着重研究农村金融规模、结构以及效率在区域内部对农业经济增长的作用与区域间的空间效应对农业经济增长的作用效果。分析发现:农村金融规模、结构以及效率和农业经济增长呈现明显的空间集聚特征;农村金融规模、结构抑制区域内部的农业经济增长;农村金融规模、结构在区域间的空间效应上对农业经济增长的促进作用不明显;农村金融效率相对于农村金融规模、结构而言,无论是在区域内部还是在区域间,其促进农业经济增长的作用都是非常明显的。

This paper selects the panel data from 2008 to 2016 from 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China, and constructs a model of agricultural economic growth that includes the scale, structure and efficiency of rural finance at the same time. Innovatively regard the sum of the added value of business income of township enterprises and the added value of the primary industry as the index to measure the agricultural economy, and use the spatial econometric analysis to investigate the growth of agricultural economy and the scale of rural finance. The characteristics of spatial correlation between structure and efficiency, focusing on the scale of rural finance, the effect of structure and efficiency on agricultural economic growth within the region and the effect of spatial effect among regions on agricultural economic growth. Analysis The results show that：the scale, structure and efficiency of rural finance and the growth of agricultural economy show obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics;the scale of rural finance, the structure of which inhibits the growth of agricultural economy within the region;the scale of rural finance; The spatial effect of structure on agricultural economic growth is not obvious;the efficiency of rural finance is relative to the scale of rural finance. The role of promoting agricultural economic growth is very obvious.
