摘要 科技服务平台对促进科技资源优化配置、推动科技资源开放共享的积极作用已经彰显,创新平台运行机制、提升平台运行效率已经成为平台可持续发展的必然要求。以平台"建设-运行-绩效反馈"生命周期为主线,构建基于投入机制、决策机制、共享机制、服务定价机制以及绩效考核机制的科技服务平台运行机制体系框架,剖析投入机制、决策机制、共享机制、服务定价机制以及绩效考核机制等具体内容。研究结论有助于理清科技服务平台运行机制,促进科技服务平台运行效益提升。 The active role of science and technology service platform in promoting the optimal allocation of scientific and technological resources and promoting the open and sharing of scientific and technological resources has been highlighted. It has become an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the platform to innovate the platform operation mechanism and improve the platform operation efficiency. Taking the lifecycle "construction-operation-performance feedback" of the platform as the main line, the framework of the operation mechanism of the technology service platform is built based on input mechanism, decision-making mechanism, sharing mechanism, service pricing mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism, and the input mechanism, decision-making mechanism, sharing mechanism, service pricing mechanism and performance evaluation are analyzed. The conclusions of the study can help to clarify the operation mechanism of the science and technology service platform and promote the operation efficiency of the science and technology service platform.
