摘要
公交自行车系统作为一种新兴的绿色出行方式,不仅方便公众,更有利于城市发展低碳交通,减少环境污染。本文利用CDM方法学并加以改进,估算了2017年济南市公共自行车项目的碳减排量约为8830.588吨CO2,同时利用碳足迹的方法估算了济南市总碳排放量为512.16万吨CO2/a。结果显示公共自行车系统每年的碳减排量占到济南市总碳排放量的0.17%,这表明如果全国所有城市都普及公共自行车项目,其碳减排的总量将非常可观,说明公共自行车项目的投入具有较好的应用价值。
As a new and green way of travel, the Bicycle Sharing System not only facilitates the public, but also promotes the development of low-carbon transportation in cities and reduces the environmental pollution. The article uses the CDM methodology and improves it to estimate that the carbon reduction of the Bicycle Sharing System in Jinan in 2017 is about 8835.588 tons of CO2. At the same time, uses the carbon footprint method to estimate the total carbon emission of Jinan is 5121.6 thousand tons of CO2/a. The results show that the annual carbon emission reduction of the Bicycle Sharing System accounts for 0.17% of the total carbon emissions of Jinan. This shows that if all cities in China have popularized the Bicycle Sharing System, the total amount of carbon emission reduction will be very significant, so the input of Bicycle Sharing System has a good application value.
