Obstacles and Countermeasures of Knowledge Management Implementation from the Perspective of Knowledge Management Conceptual Model

知识管理在现代组织中备受关注,各组织之间的竞争很大程度上取决于知识的竞争。文章基于知识管理概念模型的视角,从知识管理支撑要素和知识管理流程与活动两个层面,深入分析知识管理实施障碍,并从知识管理的主体、客体、方法和环境四方面分别提出了具体对应策略。

Knowledge management has attracted much attentions in modern organizations, and the competition among organizations largely depends on the competition of knowledge. Based on the perspective of knowledge management concept model, this paper analyzes the obstacles of knowledge management implementation from two aspects of knowledge management support elements and knowledge management processes and activities, and puts forward specific corresponding strategies from four aspects of the subject, object, method and environment of knowledge management.
