Research on Strategies for Shandong Peninsula National Innovation Demonstration Zone to Support New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion

以山东半岛国家自主创新示范区为研究对象,通过系统分析其自批复以来的发展现状,总结示范区在海洋科技创新中心、创业生态、产业发展、对外开放等方面取得的成绩,找出其在推进一体化协同发展和引领示范过程中面临的困难和存在的问题,立足山东省实施新旧动能转换重大工程实际,提出进一步增强示范区引领山东新旧动能转换能力的对策建议,为促进示范区的发展提供决策参考。

This paper takes Shandong Peninsula national innovation demonstration zone as the research object, systematically analyzes its development status since it has been approved, summarizes the achievements of the demonstration zone in the areas of marine science and technology innovation center, entrepreneurship ecology, industrial development and opening to the outside world, and finds out the difficulties and problems in the process of promoting the coordinated development and leading the demonstration. Facing the difficulties and existing problems, based on the implementation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion in Shandong Province, the paper puts forward some suggestions to further strengthen the demonstration zone to lead the new and old kinetic energy conversion ability of Shandong, and provide the decision-making reference for the development of the demonstration zone.
