摘要
目前市场上现有的有杆式飞机牵引车在牵引栓销孔与牵引杆销孔对准连接的过程中,主要依靠地勤人员通过手势或对讲机对牵引车驾驶员进行驾驶指引,此方法销孔对准困难,经常出现需要地勤人员手动移动牵引杆对准的现象,甚至出现因沟通或操作失误导致牵引车与牵引杆发生碰撞的事故。针对该状况,设计了一套新型有杆式飞机牵引车穿销辅助对准系统,该系统可以实现飞机牵引车行驶路径规划、销孔对准指引以及防碰撞控制等功能,能够辅助驾驶员更高效地完成牵引杆与牵引车对接穿销工作。
The current hitch coupling between aircraft tow tractor and towbar are manully guide by ground support operators to give hand signals or instructions via walkie-talkies. It is not easy to couple the hitch and the ground support operators often need to couple the hitch manually. Even collision accidents are caused due to miscommunication and misoperation. To prevent this, we designed a hitch coupling alignment system to facilitate hitch coupling. It helps to plan the route, guide the coupling and prevent collision. It helps the operator to couple the hitch more efficiently and safely.
