摘要
为了解决集装箱侧面起重运输车现有起重环链吊具存在的额定起重量低、易损坏集装箱角件、不能装卸并置集装箱等问题,开发设计了一款新型集装箱起重吊具。该款新型集装箱起重吊具由拉板、横梁、旋锁、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维带等部件构成,改变了旋锁与角件孔的连接位置,优化了起重吊具的承载方式,改变了起重吊具与集装箱连接和拆分的方式。通过对该新型起重吊具的受力分析、理论计算、试验验证,结果表明,吊具强度、刚度及稳定性均符合安全性的要求,这为集装箱起重吊具设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。
There are many issues for the lifting chain of the side lifting vehicle of container: low lifting capacity, easy damage of the container comer piece, incapability of lifting the side by side containers. In order to solve the above issues, a new lifting appliance of container was developed. The new lifting appliance strncture is made up of pulling plate, twist lock, boom, supper high molecular weight fiber belt, changing the connection position between container comer piece and twist lock, optimizing the lifting load bearing way, change the assembly and disassembly way between container and the lifting appliance. By means of the new appliance load analysis, calculation, sample test, strength, stiffness and stability of the new lifting appliance are qualified, meeting the requirements of safety, and it is the new way and solution for the container lifting appliance design.
