摘要 [目的]Mini-CEX是一套用来评价住院医师临床技能的工具,兼具教学与测评功用,通过研究Mini-CEX在医学生培养中的应用现状以分析其应用效果,为扩展其应用范围及指导临床专科使用带来有效建议,为临床医师的培养带来新突破。[方法]通过检索Mini-CEX相关文献,研究Mini-CEX在医学生培养中的应用现状。[结果]Mini-CEX具有良好的效度和信度,现已被广泛应用于国内外临床的教学与评估工作。[结论]Mini-CEX在提升医学生临床实践技能的同时关注人文教育等优点得到更多认可。同时随着应用范围的扩大、专科化改良,及Mini-CEX与其他方法相结合,通过优势互补,更加强调了因人施教,为临床教学与评估带来更多益处。 [Objective] Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini CEX) is an assessment tool for capability of clinicalresidents and can be used for examination and teaching. By studying how well Mini CEX is performing in trainingmedical students, this paper tried to expand its application and give new proposals for its clinical use, to find newways of making breakthrough in training clinical physicians. [Methods] This paper studied the application status ofMini CEX in training medical students by searching for Mini CEX related literature. [Results] Appropriate validityand reliability of Mini CEX have led to its wide use in clinical teaching and evaluation both domestically andinternationally. [Conclusions] In addition to improving medical students’clinical practice skills, Mini CEX alsohighlights humanistic education. This has been increasingly recognized. Along with the expansion of its applicationscope and its specialization aimed improvement, as well as its combination of advantages with other approaches,Mini CEX is increasingly emphasizing personalized education, which brings more benefit to clinical teaching andevaluation.
