简述黄连解毒汤的药理作用及临床应用

A review: Clinical and pharmacological effects of Huanglian Jiedu prescription

黄连解毒汤原载于《外台秘要》,由黄连、黄柏、黄芩、栀子组成,被视为清热解毒的代表方,具有泻火解毒之功效,主治实热火毒、三焦热盛之证。近年来对黄连解毒汤的研究不局限于经典,在药理和临床研究都不断取得突破。本文参考了近10 a的文献资料,对黄连解毒汤的药理和临床研究作一综述。

Huanglian Jiedu prescription, derived from “Forum On Traditional Chinese Medicine” , is made up bycoplis chinensis, cortex phellodendri chinensis, scutellaria baicalensis and fructus gardeniae. Huanglian Jieduprescription has the effect of purging intense heat and detonicatingare and has been used for the treatment of heatsyndrome. Recent years, studies of Huanglian Jiedu prescription are not only restricted to follow the classicalprescriptions, accumulated researchers have made a great progress in studying the clinical and pharmacologicaleffects of Huanglian Jiedu prescription. The author search for the literatures in recent 10 years and make a reviewabout the clinical and pharmacological effects of Huanglian Jiedu prescription.
