基于实战能力培养的军事物流教学改革研究——以陆军勤务学院为例

Exploration on Reform of Military Logistics Teaching Based on Cultivation of Combat-oriented Ability——With Logistical Engineering University as an Example

适应军事变革和挑战,分析军事物流人才实战化能力,开展基于实战能力培养的军事物流教学改革探索,在教学目标、教学环境、教材体系、教学团队、教学设计和组织等几个方面应用实践并取得良好效果,并对下一步深化改革指明了方向。

In order to adapt to military reform and challenge, combat-oriented ability of military logistics talents is analyzed, and reform of military logistics teaching based on cultivation of combat-oriented ability is explored. The exploration are ap-plied in the fields of teaching goal, textbook system, teaching team, teaching design and implementation for military logistics teaching, achieving good results. In the end, the directions of deeper reform for the next step is pointed out.
