摘要
采用单因素分析法研究了缓凝剂、水胶比、胶砂比、掺合料种类和掺量对灌浆材料的流动度与力学性能的影响,并基于此试验结果研究了膨胀剂对灌浆材料的流动度、力学性能和竖向膨胀率的影响,从而得到内隔墙板用Ⅱ类水泥基灌浆材料优化组成。
The effects of type and content of retarder, water-binder ratio, cement-sand ratio and admixture on the fluidityand mechanical properties of grouting materials were studied by single factor analysis. Based on the experimental results, theeffects of expansive agent on the fluidity, mechanical properties and vertical expansion rate of grouting materials were studied.Thereby, the optimized composition of the type II cement-based grouting material for the inner wall board was obtained.
