摘要
目的通过对比超临界CO_2流体萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法两种方法对辛夷挥发油的萃取率和挥发油的质量,对辛夷中挥发油的最佳的提取方法提供理论依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO_2流体萃取技术提取辛夷的挥发油,利用三因素三水平正交实验法来确定辛夷挥发油的最佳提取工艺,以萃取率和挥发油质量作为评价指标。结果水蒸气蒸馏法确定的最佳提取条件为:料液比1:10,浸泡时间1h,提取时间2h,平均提取率为1.376%;超临界CO_2流体萃取技术确定的最佳提取条件为:温度35℃,压力14mPa,提取时间1h,平均萃取率为3.948%。结论从两种提取方法的实验结果分析,超临界CO_2流体萃取法在辛夷挥发油提取率方面要优于水蒸气蒸馏法,在最佳实验条件下的超临界流体的萃取率是水蒸气蒸馏法的3倍。
Objective By comparing of extraction rate and extraction quality of volatile oil from Flos Magnoliae by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and steam distillation, and to provide a theoretical basis for the optimum method for the extraction of volatile oil from Flos Magnoliae. Methods With steam distillation and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology to extract the volatile oil from Flos Magnoliae, three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment method was used to determine the best extraction technology, The extraction rate and the quality of volatile oil were used as evaluation indexes. Results The best extraction conditions in the steam distillation were determined as follows: Material liquid ratio 1∶10, soak 1h, extract 2h, the average extraction rate was 1.376%. The best extraction conditions in supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology were determined as follows: temperature 35℃, 14mPa pressure, extract 1h, the average extraction rate was 3.948%. Conclusion Through the analysis of the two methods of extraction, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology is more superior to steam distillation, the extraction rate under the optimum experimental conditions is 3 times of steam distillation.
