乙肝病毒血清学检验采用化学发光法与酶联免疫法的效果对比

Comparison of the effect of chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in serological test of hepatitis B virus

目的比较酶联免疫法与化学发光法在乙肝病毒患者血清学检验中的应用价值。方法将2016年7月～2017年12月期间在我院就诊的90例疑似乙肝患者作为研究对象,取所有接受诊断的患者早晨空腹静脉血,并分离血清。根据血清学检验方法的不同,将所有疑似乙肝患者分为对照组与实验组,每组45例;实验组应用化学发光法进行检测,而酶联免疫法应用于对照组,将两种检测方法的检测效果进行对比。结果对照组的阳性检出率(62.22%)明显低于实验组的阳性检测率(84.44%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组的血清分析结果均低于实验组,且在不同浓度下检测,实验组血清乙肝表面抗原的灵敏度均明显高于对照组血清乙肝表面抗原的灵敏度,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在疑似乙肝患者的乙肝病毒血清学检验中,化学发光法与酶联免疫法均具有一定的诊断价值,但采用化学发光法检测,阳性率、检测精确率明显高于酶联免疫法,且化学发光法的灵敏度显著高于酶联免疫法,化学发光法的检测价值更高。

Objective To compare the application value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and chemiluminescence assay in serological test of hepatitis B virus patients. Methods From July 2016 to December 2017,90 suspected hepatitis B patients in our hospital were taken as the subjects.The fasting venous blood of all diagnosed patients was taken in the morning and the serum was separated.According to the different serological test methods,all suspected hepatitis B patients were divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.The experimental group was detected by chemiluminescence,while the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied to the control group,and the detection results of the two methods were compared. Results The positive detection rate of the control group （62.22%） was significantly lower than that of the experimental group （84.44%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The results of serum analysis in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group.In addition,the sensitivity of serum HBsAg in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at different concentrations （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In the hepatitis B virus serological test of suspected hepatitis B,both Chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay have certain diagnostic value.However,the positive rate and accuracy of chemiluminescence method were significantly higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the sensitivity of chemiluminescence is significantly higher than the enzyme-linked immunoassay,chemiluminescence detection value is higher.
