药物治疗对提高正常形态精子百分率后宫腔内人工授精临床妊娠率的影响

Effect of drug treatment on the clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination after increasing the percentage of normal form sperm

目的研究药物治疗对宫腔内人工授精临床妊娠率与正常形态精子百分率之间的相关性,分析改善精子形态对宫腔内人工授精临床妊娠率的影响。方法选择2016年1月～2017年1月期间在我院接受治疗的80对不孕不育夫妇参与研究,且80对夫妇中男性的正常形态精子百分率均不足4%并排除了女性不孕因素,随机将男性患者分成两组,每组40例患者,其中对照组患者采用传统的西药进行治疗,观察组患者则采用补肾填精法对患者进行治疗,随后对两组女性患者均采用夫精宫腔内人工授精,查看两组男性患者的治疗效果,并查看两组女性患者临床妊娠率。结果经过治疗对比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著优于对照组患者,且观察组患者宫腔内人工授精临床妊娠率也显著优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论通过有效的治疗改善男性正常形态精子百分率,有利于提高宫腔内人工授精的临床妊娠率,因此值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the correlation between clinical pregnancy rate and normal form sperm percentage of intrauterine insemination by drug treatment and to analyze the influence of sperm form on clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination. Methods Eighty infertile couples who treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected to participate in the study. The percentage of male normal form sperm in 80 couples was less than 4%, and female infertility was excluded. The male patients were divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional western medicine. In the observation group, the patients were treated with the kidney-filling-semen method. Then the female patients of two groups were treated with intrauterine insemination using the husband＇s sperm. The treatment effect of the two groups of male patients was examined, and the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups of female patients were examined. Results After treatment comparison, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, and the clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination in observation group was also significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective treatment can improve the percentage of normal male form of sperm, which is conducive to improve the clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination, so it is worthy of clinical application.
