选择性中鼻甲部分切除术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床应用价值分析

Clinical value of selective partial turbinectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的分析选择性中鼻甲部分切除术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床应用价值。方法选取从2016年7月～2017年6月本院收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=30)、对照组(n=30),给予实验组患者选择性中鼻甲部分切除术治疗,给予对照组常规治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、嗅觉功能恢复情况、术后中鼻甲的粘连情况、并发症发生率、上颌窦口通畅率。结果临床治疗效果对比实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。嗅觉功能恢复情况对比显示实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后中鼻甲的粘连情况对比显示实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。并发症发生率对比实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。上颌窦口通畅率对比显示实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论选择性中鼻甲部分切除术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床应用价值显著,嗅觉功能恢复快,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of selective partial middle turbinectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Sixty casess with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group （n=30） and control group （n=30）.The experimental group was given selective partial turbinectomy and the control group was given routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, olfactory function recovery, middle turbinectomy adhesion,complications and maxillary ostium patency were observed. Results The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The recovery of olfactory function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）.Postoperative middle turbinate adhesion showed that the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）.The patency rate of maxillary sinus ostium in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Selective partial turbinectomy for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps has significant clinical application value and quick recovery of olfactory function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
