鄱阳湖生态环境监测布点现状及优化建议 被引量:5

摘要 通过分析环保、水利、国土、农业、林业、气象和高等院校科研单位等现有监测点位,提出鄱阳湖生态环境监测布点建议。在空间尺度上设置8个中心站,34个监测点,26个监测断面,当星子水位高于15. 99 m时加设12个监测断面;人类生产活动监测范围以环湖11县区覆盖范围为边界,生态环境监测范围小于人类生产活动监测范围;在时间尺度上以月为最大单位,每月采样时间在当月下旬且在采样当天前5天未降雨;气象、环保和水利等部门设置监测点要统一;生物多样性监测点在气象、水文和水质监测点半径5 km内设置。 Based on the existing monitoring sites setting by environment protection, water, land, agriculture, forestry, meteorology and scientific research departments, some suggestions were made on site optimization for spatial and temporal ecological environment monitoring in Poyang Lake. On a spatial scale, setting up 8 central stations, 34 monitoring sites and 26 monitoring sections. When the water level in Xingzi station was over 15.99 m, adding 12 monitoring sections. The ecological environment monitoring scope should be smaller than the scope of human activities with the boundary of 11 counties around the lake. On a time scale, setting the maximum unit in month, and the sampling time in later of the month with 5 rainless days ahead. Meteorological, environmental protection and water departments should unify the monitoring site, and the ecological monitoring sites should be within a 5 km radius with the environmental monitoring site as the centre.
