摘要
国内二次套塑工序,采用传统纤膏注射式充油系统居多,但随着二套设备线速度的不断提高,传统纤膏注射式充油系统的弊端逐渐凸显出来。为了解决传统纤膏注射式充油系统在高速生产中出现套管鼓包、光纤断纤等问题,根据带状光缆纤膏涂覆装置开发了散纤二次套塑纤膏涂覆装置。本文主要对纤膏涂覆装置在生产过程中具有的优点进行分析。
In domestic secondary coating process, it adopts the traditional tube filling injection system mostly, but with the constant improvement speed ofsecondary coating equipment, the disadvantages of traditional tube filling injection system underline gradually. And in order to solve lump, opticfiber broken and other problems in the traditional tube filling injection system with high-speed production. According to the ribbon cable’s tubefilling coating device, it developed dispersion fiber’s secondary tube filling coating device. This paper mainly analyzes the advantages of thetube filling coating device in the production process.
