鼻咽癌IMRT与VMAT治疗计划的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究IMRT与VMAT技术在鼻咽癌治疗计划设计与执行,靶区与各危及器官剂量的区别。方法对10例鼻咽癌患者,用Monaco计划系统分别设计了9野IMRT计划与VMAT计划,记录计划设计与实施的难易程度及耗时长短,同时比较各靶区和危及器官的受照剂量及相关受照剂量体积。结果两者从计划设计到执行的方法和难易程度基本相同;VMAT计划的靶区覆盖率、相对剂量通过率、危及器官的保护均优于IMRT计划,治疗时间、MU平均值IMRT计划要比VMAT计划长,出束时间VMAT计划要比IMRT计划短。结论鼻咽癌VMAT计划优于IMRT计划。
