摘要
作为一个新兴领域,职业成长已成为组织行为学与人力资源管理领域的热点方向之一。本文采用文献计量与知识图谱分析方法解读国内职业成长研究态势(2008-2017),分析作者合作网络,透视热点主题的知识构成。研究发现:高校辅导员和教师、企业员工以及大学生等群体的职业成长最受关注,未来研究可根据特定情境,探索组织与社会因素与职业成长的关系及其作用机理。
As an emerging concept, career growth has become a popular research direction in the fieldof organizational behavior and human resource management. The paper used bibliometric and knowledgemapping analysis methods to interpret the trends of domestic career growth research in the past ten years(2008-2017). This paper extracted the structure of co-authorship network and explored the intellectualstructure of hot topics. The study found that the most concerned occupational groups were counselors,teachers, employees and university students. Future research can explore the relationship betweenorganizational and social factors affecting career growth and analyze the interaction mechanism betweenvariables accordin g to spe cific situ ations.
