摘要
目的研究Bcl-2、Bax蛋白在鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平变化及与病理学特征的关系。方法选取我院2015年1月-2017年10月确诊的鳞状细胞癌组织标本120例为病灶组、癌旁组织标本60例为对照组,检测病灶组和癌旁组标本中的Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达水平并分析各蛋白表达与患者临床病理参数、预后情况的关系。结果 Bcl-2蛋白在鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Bax在鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);Bcl-2蛋白的表达与患者肿瘤的组织学分化程度、临床病理学分期、肿瘤的浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05);Bax蛋白的表达与肿瘤的组织学分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 Bcl-2蛋白在鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平升高,Bax在鳞状细胞癌组织中表达降低,并且与鳞状细胞癌的病理学特征有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of B lymphocytic tumor-2(Bcl-2) and Bax protein and the incidence of epidermoid carcinoma and its correlation with clinical features. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of epidermoid carcinoma tissues(lesion group) and 60 cases of adjacent cancer tissues(control group) were selected from our hospital.The collection time was from January 2015 to October 2017. The expression level of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected in the lesion group and the tumor adjacent group,and the relationship between the expression of each protein and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of the patients was analyzed. Results The expression level of Bcl-2 protein in epidermoid carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05). The expression level of Bax in epidermoid carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 protein was related to the degree of histological differentiation,clinical pathological stage,depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). The expression of Bax protein was related to the degree of tumor differentiation(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor.
