“互联网+”背景下大学生就业能力研究——基于山东省高校毕业生的调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,大学生就业问题被社会各界高度关注。在"互联网+"时代,用人单位对高校毕业生的就业能力要求也产生了相应的变化。通过对山东省三所高校2016届毕业生进行问卷调查,运用因子分析和二元选择Logit回归模型研究了大学生就业能力与就业状况的关系,将就业能力分解为更加具体的十种就业能力因子,通过因子分析将十种能力因子可以归结为专业特质公因子、经营特质公因子和心理特质公因子;发现专业特质公因子、经营特质公因子和心理特质公因子与大学生的就业状况紧密相关,都对毕业生就业产生正向影响;研究还发现,就业市场中存在性别歧视,女性毕业生的就业机会远低于男性毕业生,而且在公因子值较低时,歧视更大。 In recent years, the employment of college students has been highly concerned by the society. In the age of "Internet+", the demand of employers to the employability of college graduates has also been changed accordingly. Through the questionnaire of Graduates that graduated in 2016 of three universities in Shandong, we use factor analysis and Logit regression model to research the relationship between college students' employability and employment situation. First, we decompose employability into ten employability factors, and use factor analysis to reduce the ten employability factors to professional common factor, management common factor and psychological common factor. Second, we use Logit regression model to find that professional common factor, management common factor and psychological common factor are closely related to the employment situation of college students, and have a positive impact on the employment of graduates. In addition, there is gender discrimination in the job market, where the employment opportunities of female graduates are far less than male graduates, and the gender discrimination is more when the common factors are lower.
