德国“双元制”职业教育人才培养方案的开发与实施研究

Research on Development and Implementation of Germany “Dual System”Vocational Education Talent Cultivation Program

结合笔者赴德国接受职业教育培训的经历,研究了德国"双元制"职业教育人才培养方案中学习领域课程体系的构建方法,揭示了德国"双元制"人才培养方案在制订过程中的统一性、专业课程体系构建、行业协会深度参与和生产性实训教学的实施等四个方面对我国职业教育人才培养方案制订的启示。

According to the author＇s experience in vocational education and training in Germany, it re-searches the learning field course system construction of Germany ＂Dual System＂ vocational educationtalent cultivation program. It also reveals the enlightenment of the unity of formulation process, the constmction of specialty course system, the deep participation of industry associations and the implementationof productive training teaching to our vocational education cultivation program fommlation.
