校企共建西门子自动化技术“双师型”教师培训基地实践 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,高职院校迫切要求提高教育质量。高职院校要培养出既懂理论知识又能掌握实践操作技能的学生,"双师型"素质教师队伍建设是关键因素。校企共建"双师型"教师培训基地对于长期发展和培养"双师型"教师是较有效的措施。以黄河水利职业技术学院为例,从体制机制建设、校内外实习实训基地基础设施建设、师资队伍建设、培训教学体系建设、培训教学资源建设、社会服务能力建设等6个方面,全面介绍校企共建西门子自动化技术"双师型"教师培训基地的建设内容,以期为同类院校的师资队伍建设提供可借鉴的参考。 With the rapid development of China's social economy, the education quality of higher voca-tional colleges urgently needs to he improved. Higher vocational colleges needs to cultivate students whounderstand both theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills. The "Double-Quality" teacher teamconstruction is one of the key factors. College-enterprise co-construction "Double Quality" teacher trainingbase is an effective measure for the long-term development and cultivation of "Double-Quality" teachers. Ittakes Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute as an example. From six aspects, such as the construc-tion of system and mechanism, the construction of on-campus and off-campus training and internship baseinfrastructure, the construction of teachers, the construction of training and teaching system, the construc-tion of training and teaching resources, and the construction of social service capacity, it comprehensivelyintroduces College-enterprise co-construction "Double Quality" Siemens automation technology teachertraining base construction and provides reference for the construction of teachers' team for similar collegesand universities.
