高固含量复合软段水性聚氨酯的性能研究

摘要 通过直接酯化-缩聚工艺,在聚已二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)的聚合酯化过程中加入第3组分间苯二甲酸二酯-5-磺酸(SIPM),合成了一种带有磺酸基团的改性PBA。并以该PBA与聚已内酯二醇(PCL)为复合软段、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段以及2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,通过改变改性PBA与PCL的比例,制备了一系列磺酸/羧酸型水性聚氨酯(WPU),并考查了其各项性能。结果表明,当改性PBA占复合软段总质量的5%时,产品固含量可达51.9%,初粘力为2.87 N/mm,终剥离强度为6.00 N/mm,胶膜断裂伸长率为557.25%,各项性能均超出国标要求。TG测试表明,胶膜的热稳定性良好,乳液常温贮存稳定性大于180 d。TEM观察产品乳液粒子分布较均匀,粒径为10~50 nm。 A modified PBA with sulfonic acid groups was obtained by adding the third component isophthalic diester -5 -sulronic acid (SIPM) during the polymerization or poly(1,4 butylene adipate) (PBA) through direct esterirication -polycondensation process. A series or waterborne polyurethanes were prepared by using the modiried PBA and polycaprolactone diol (PCL) as the composite sort segment, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as the hard segment, and 2,2 dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as the hydrophilic chain extender, and changing the ratio or modified PBA to PCL and [heir properties were investigated. The results show that when the modified PBA content is 5% by weight or total composite sort segment, the solid content or the product can reach 51.9%, the initial tack is 2.07 N/mm, the peeling strength is 6.00 N/mm, and the elongation at break or the polyurethane film is 557.25%. All or[he properties results are better over the requirements or national standards. The TG results indicate the thermal stability or film is good, and the storage stability or the emulsion is over six months at room temperature. The TEM results show that the emulsion particles are uniformly distributed with a particle size between 10 and 50 nm.
