摘要
农村地区建设用地是一种表征多特征的用地载体,为优化农地利用结构、实现城乡统筹用地,基于北京市2000、2010、2016年三期Landsat TM遥感图像,采用ERDAS IMAGINE V9. 0遥感图像处理软件完成数据预处理,以农地利用现状图和DEM数据为基础,综合利用GIS技术、景观生态学方法,通过4个圈层的划分,利用核密度、SI扩展性指标及多样性等指标定量分析农村建设用地地域分异特征。结果表明,研究区域农村建设用地属于集聚性布局,由西北向东南两侧呈现阶梯状稀疏化分布,且因为区位条件的不同,用地规模扩展类型各异,农村建设用地空间与功能呈现不同的组合关系和布局,地域分异特征明显。
The rural construction land is a calTierof nmhiple features, in order to optimize land use structure and realizeutilization of land , this paper, based on Beijing city 2000, 2010, 2016 thine Landsat TM remote sensing image, used ERDAS IMAGINE V9.0 remote sensing image processing software to complete data pre- processing, combined with land use status map and DEM data, the methods of GIS, landscape ecology, through the division of four layers to have an quantitative analysis of regional differentiation characteristics of rural construction land by the kernel density, SI expansion index and diversity index. The results showed that the construction of regional rural land belongs to the cluster layout, and took on sparse distribution from the northwest to the southeast side, andbecause the difference of location, land scale expansion was different, the space and function of rural construction land presenteddifferent combination and layout, had a distinct charac- teristics of regional differentiation.
