广西贫困地区农业科技人员工作满意度分析及其提升策略——基于双因素理论的视角

摘要 利用赫茨伯格的双因素理论对广西贫困地区农业科技人员工作满意度现状进行了调查与分析。调研结果表明,贫困地区农业科技人员工作满意度较低,保健因素和激励因素的提供明显不足。要提升农业科技人员工作满意度,应在厘清其工作中保健因素和激励因素基础上,改善保健因素,增强"保健"功能;强化激励因素,提升"激励"功能;密切关注科技人员工作中的动态需求,适时配置激励要素。 The two-factor theory was used to investigate the job satisfaction of the agricultural science & tech- nology staff in poverty region of Guangxi. The analysis based on the two-factor theorey show that the job satis- faction of the agricultural science & technology staff in poverty area is low, and the hygiene factors and the mo- tivation factors are not enough. The following strategies can be adopted to improve the job satisfaction of the agricultural science & technology staff in poverty area : ( 1 ) clarifying the hygiene factors and the motivation factors of their job, (2) improving the hygiene factors to enhance its hygiene function, (3) strengthening the motivation factors to improve its hygiene function, and (4) Timely deploying the incentive factors to respon- ding to the dynamic needs of the agricultural science & technology staff' s work.
