Research on Simulation-based Evaluation Method of Emergency Organization

论文使用信息论来研究组织结构信息的效用。具体而言,是使用信息论中的复杂度和熵。复杂度衡量了能够充分反映组织状态所需的信息量;熵则是代表了信息的有序程度和衰减的速率。文章通过将不同拓扑结构在不同影响条件下的表现作为指标,得出评价结果。

This article uses information theory to study the effectiveness of organizational structure information. Specifically,the complexity and entropy in information theory are used. Complexity measures the amount of information needed to adequately re-flect the state of the organization and entropy represents the degree of order and decay of information. The performance of different to-pological structures under different influence conditions as indicators is used to obtain the evaluation results.
