摘要
运用生态足迹模型计算出庆阳市2009—2014年间生态足迹及生态承载力,主要针对土地整治项目中的新增耕地的人均生态承载力进行了测算,对土地整治项目效果进行评价。研究发现:2009年新增耕地的人均生态承载力占当年全市人均生态承载力的0.19%,降低了当年人均生态足迹的0.12%。2014年新增耕地的人均生态承载力0.003 2hm^2占当年全市人均生态承载力的0.18%,占当年人均生态赤字3.748 4hm^2的0.08%。如果没有开展土地整治项目,庆阳市2014年生态赤字还将增加0.08%。
In this paper,the ecological footprint model is used to calculate the ecological footprint and carrying capacity of Qingyang city from 2009 to 2014,especially focusing on the per capita ecological carrying capacity of the newly added farmland in the land consolidation project and the evaluation on the land consolidation effect.The research shows that the per capita ecological carrying capacity of newly added farmland in 2009 accounted for 0.19% of that of the whole city in the same year,which caused a 0.12% drop in the per capita ecological footprint of that year.In 2014,the figure decreased to 0.18% with a per capita ecological carrying capacity of 0.003 2 hm^2,accounting for only 0.08% of the per capita ecological deficit of 3.748 4 hm^2 in that year.Without the land consolidation project,the ecological deficit in Qingyang will increase by another 0.08% in 2014.
