摘要 在网购迅速普及的时代,快递业已成长为增长速度最快、发展潜力巨大的战略性新兴服务产业,如何规范快递包装及其回收处理,实现绿色物流,已成为当今社会亟待解决的难题。针对近年来快递行业巨大的包装耗用与极低的包装回收不配比的问题,本文将通过调查问卷的方式,对当下快递包装回收现状进行分析总结,在此基础上借鉴国外包装回收体系的建设情况,结合绿色物流的要求,重点讨论快递包装在其逆向回收环节的绿色化。创新性地提出以政府为引导、以第三方为主导的快递包装逆向回收模式。本模式突破了以往孤立地进行逆向回收流程优化的局限,将正向与逆向物流、快递与回收结合,就快递包装回收环节形成闭环,充分整合、调动供应链上各方力量,尤其注重对于快递员返程途中车辆空载的利用,另外通过线上平台与线下站点的结合运作实现"互联网+"的高效物流。本文不但具有学术意义,还具有一定的经济价值。 In the era of rapid online shopping, the express delivery industry has also grown into a strategic emerging service industry with the fastest growth rate and great development potential. However, how to standardize express packaging and its recycling has also become a difficult problem to be solved in today's society. Green logistics is the penetration of the "green" movement with sustain- ability- as its goal. It is the main trend of modern logistics. In response to the recent years, the courier industry's huge packaging con- sumption and unmatched packaging recycling problems, this article will combine the requirements of green logistics, toeusing on dis- cussing the green packaging of reverse recycling in the green, through questionnaires, The emTent status of courier packaging recy- cling is analyzed and summarized. Based on this, combined with the construction of toreign packaging recycling systems, a new model of reverse recycling of courier packaging led by the government and led by the government is innovatively proposed. The innovation of the model lies in breaking through the limitations of the reverse recycling process that was previously isolated in isolation, combining tbt^ard and reverse logistics, express delivery and recycling industries, torming a closed loop on the recovery of express packaging, and tully integrating and mobilizing all forces in the supply chain. Especially tor the use of no-load vehicles during the return journey of the courier; in addition, the system realizes "Internet+" ett?eient logistics through the combination of online and ottline sites. This article not only- has academic significance, but also has a certain economic value.
