Analysis of Energy Security Concept under the New Realism Paradigm

能源安全是国家安全的重要组成部分。在国际关系理论中,现实主义传统被认为长期占据主导地位,在21世纪,现实主义范式下的能源安全的观念具有一定的合理性,但也存在局限性。因此,在构建新能源安全观的过程中,要将新现实主义的能源安全观认识综合观之,并在此基础上提出对中国能源战略较有裨益的建议,维护中国的能源安全利益。

Energy security is an important part of national security. In the theory of international relations, the realist traclition is considered to be dominant for a long time. In the 21st century, the concept of energy seeurity under the realist paradigm has certain rationality, but it also has limitations. Therefore, in the process of constructing a new energysecurity concept, we must comprehensively understand the new realist concept of energy seeurity, and on this basis, put forward suggestions for China＇s energy strategy, and safe guard China＇s energy seeurily interests.
