人口老龄化催生并且迫切需要养老产业的发展,但现实中养老产业发展面临诸多问题。为了促进养老产业的健康发展,需要在理性认识老年人口总量问题、需求问题和供给问题的基础上,健全保障制度、不断加强供给侧改革、引导消费观念转变以及创新管理制度和运营模式。只有多管齐下、多方联动,才能在促进养老产业健康发展的同时,解决好养老问题。

The aging of the population has spawned and the development of the old-age industry is urgently needed. However, in reality, the development of the old-age industry taees many problems. In order to promote the healthy development of the old-age industry, it is neeessatry to rationally understand the total number of elderly people, the demand problem and the supply problem, improve the security- system, continuously strengthen the supply-side reform, guide the transformation of consumer attitudes, and innovate management systems and operational models. Only by multi-pronged and multi-party linkage can we solve the problem of old-age care while promoting the healthy development of the old-age industry.
