特色小镇产城融合发展路径及其核心竞争力评估模型构建

The Development Path of Integrated Development of Production Towns in Characteristic Towns and the Construction of Core Competence Evaluation Model

特色小镇的发展是推进我国新型城镇化、经济与产业转型升级的重要方式。本文从特色小镇的产业定位、产业类型及产业布局等出发进行详细分析,提出了特色小镇产城融合的发展路径。并在此分析基础上,依据GEM模型构建了特色小镇核心竞争力指标体系和GSC模型,旨在为特色小镇发展及评价提供依据。

The development of featured towns is an important way to promote China＇s new urbanization, economic and industrial trans- formation and upgrading. This article makes a detailed analysis based on the industry positioning, industry types and industrial layout of featured towns, and proposes the development path of integration of production towns with characteristic towns. Based on this anal- ysis, the key township core competitiveness index system and GSC model were constructed based on the GEM model, and the envi- ronmental resources, infrastrueture, capital resources, industrial development, and government support were formed through expert surveys. The core competitiveness, a comprehensive index, 21 secondary indicators, and 43 three-level index elements constitute an indicator system that aims to provide a basis tbr the development and evaluation of featured towns.
