“挑战杯”竞赛与经管类专业实践教学融合的探索

A Probe into the Fusion of “Challenge Cup” Competition and Practice Teaching of Economic Management Specialty

"挑战杯"竞赛对培养学生的创新、创业精神,促进高校实践教学体系的完善具有重要作用。目前,对"挑战杯"竞赛与经管类专业实践教学相融合的研究较少。文章以闽南科技学院经管类专业为例,就"挑战杯"竞赛与实践教学的融合问题从长效机制、教学内容与模式、毕业论文、师资队伍四个方面进行了探讨,然后总结并提出了相应的经验及建议:建立长效机制,提高师生参与度;更新教学内容,丰富教学模式;毕业论文形式多样化;引进、培养"双师型"教师。

The ＂Challenge Cup＂ competition plays an important role in cultivating college students＂ innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and promoting the improvenlent of the practical teaching system in colleges and universities. At present, there is little research on the tusion of ＂Challenge Cup＂ competition and practice teaching in the specialty of management. This study, which took the eco- nomic management specialty of Minnan Institute of Science and Technology as an example, toeused on the integration of ＂challenge cup＂ competition and practical teaching from a long-term meehanism, teaching content and mode, graduation papers, These tour as- pects of the teaching staff were discussed. Then summarized and put torward relevant experiences and suggestions： to establish a long-term mechanism to improve the participation of teachers and students; update teaching content and enrich teaching mode; diversity in the form of graduation papers; introduce and train ＂double-teacher type＂ of teachers.
