强化护理干预在妇科肿瘤化疗患者中的应用

The Application of Intensive Nursing Intervention in Gynecologic Tumor Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的对妇科肿瘤化疗患者进行强化护理干预探讨健康教育与放松训练相结合对此类患者心理状况和生存质量的影响。方法本研究采用便利抽样的方法收集2015年4月至2017年4月在我院妇科住院治疗的肿瘤患者115例为入组研究对象,简单随机分化法分为对照组50例采用常规护理方法干预,观察组65例强化护理方法干预。观察患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(P),对患者的生存质量(QOL)、卡式功能状态(KPS)、抑郁情况(SDS),进行评估,比较两组患者干预前后的生存质量、心理状况、生理指标变化。结果 QOL、KPS、SDS比较观察组明显优于对照组P<0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者SBP、DBP、P比较观察组明显优于对照组P<0. 05。结论健康教育与放松训练相结合的加强护理模式干预可改变妇科肿瘤患者的心理控制源倾向,缓解抑郁情绪,改善化疗药物所引起的副作用,提高其生存质量。

Objective To strengthen nursing intervention in gynecologic cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and to explore the influence of health education combined with relaxation training on the psychological status and quality of life in such patients. Methods 115 cases of gynecological cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected by means of convenience sampling. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group consisting of 50 cases who received conventional nursing intervention and the observation group consisting of 65 cases who were treated with intensive nursing intervention. Systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and heart rate （P） of patients were observed and quality of life （QOL）, Karnofsky performance status （KPS） and depression score （SDS） of patients were evaluated. On this basis, quality of life, psychological status and physiological indicators of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results The observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of QOL, KPS and SDS （P〈0. 05 ） , besides, the observa- tion group was significantly better than the control group in terms of SBP, DBP and P （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of health education and relaxation training can change the tendency of locus of psychological control in gynecologic cancer patients, which can relieve their depression, reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapeutic drugs and improve their quality of life.
