城市有轨电车线路施工具有路轨共线、工作面零散、工况多样化等特点,适合采用机动性更强的公铁两用焊轨车进行焊接施工。在既有槽型轨闪光焊接技术的基础上,通过对焊机和卡车底盘的设计和改造,研制出新型槽型轨公铁两用焊轨车。该车能满足公路和轨道行驶的技术要求,也能满足钢轨焊接标准的质量要求,在城市有轨电车线路的焊接施工中具有良好的应用前景。

Based on the existing techniques of grooved rail flash butt welding, by the design and modi？ cation of welding machine and truck chassis, developed the new road-rail welding vehicle for grooved rail. This vehicle fullfills the technical requirements of road and rail running, and fullfills the quality requirement of rail welding standard. It has good application prospect in the welding construction of urban tram track.
