摘要
论述西安地铁2号线车载制动电阻的结构特点以及散热设计,对运营过程中制动电阻过温故障从安装位置、结构特点和运营环境3个方面进行分析研究,确认制动电阻过温故障与散热不良及正线运营条件有关,为新造车辆制动电阻安装位置设置和运营过程中制动电阻维护提供有益的参考。
This paper discusses the characteristics of the on board braking resistance structure and thermal design of Xi'an metro line 2, analyzes and studies the over temperature fault of the brake resistance from the 3 aspects including installation layout, structure features and operational environment. It verifies the cause of the fault relating with main line operational conditions, providing a useful reference for new vehicle brake resistance installation layout design and the maintenance of the brake resistance.
