摘要
医院中层干部是医院各项事业发展的骨干力量,通过综合运用关键业绩指标法和三百六十度考评构建年度考核体系,对医院中层干部年度考核进行探索和实践。结果表明,该考核体系有助于推动新医改在公立医院的顺利实施,增强考核的客观性科学性,还能引导医院中层干部追求卓越。
Middle-level managers in hospitals are the backbone of the development of hospital. Through the comprehensive use of key performance index method and 360 degree evaluation to construct the annual assessment system, to explore and practice the annual assessment of mid-level managers in hospitals. The results show that the evaluation system can help promote the smooth implementation of the new medical reform in public hospitals, improve the objectivity and scientific nature of the examination, and guide the middle-level managers in the hospital to pursue excellence.
