本文主要介绍了Simatic S7-1200 PLC和Sinamics V20变频器在卷绕机上的应用。基于SinamicsV20变频器的自由功能块功能,在变频器中进行逻辑控制,实现卷绕机的断线、起停、定时提醒功能:(1)基于SinamicsV20变频器的PID功能,实现卷绕机的运行速度控制;(2)基于Simatic S7-1200 PLC和Sinamics V20变频器的Modbus通信功能,实现运行数据采集及分析显示。

This paper introduces the application of Simatic S7-1200 PLC and Sinamics V20 in the winder machine. Based on the function of free function block that the Sinamics V20 drive has, customer can write a program which their application logic can achieve the broken line, start or stop, reminding function timing. Based on the PID function that the Sinamics V20 drive has, customer can realize the running speed control function of the machine. Based on the Modbus communication protocol that the Simatic S7-1200 PLC and Sinamics V20 drive has, customer can realize the running data collection, analyzation and display function.
