重庆市＆巴拿马省、巴南区＆三条市友好城市市长圆桌会上共谋智能化发展

Chongqing & Panama Province,and Banan Distract & Sanjo City Seeking Intelligent Development at Mayors' Roundtable for International Sister Cities

2018年8月23至25日，首届中国国际智能产业博览会（简称：智博会）举办期间，在2018中国·重庆国际友好城市市长圆桌会议上，巴拿马省省长拉法埃尔·皮诺·平托与重庆市委副书记、市长唐良智共同签署了《建立友好市省关系谅解备忘录》，重庆市与巴拿马省正式缔结为友好省市；与此同时，重庆市巴南区与日本新渴县三条市签署了《中华人民共和国重庆市巴南区和日本国新渴县三条市缔结友好城市关系备忘录》，巴南区与三条市正式缔结友城关系。

During the first Smart China Expo （hereinafter referred to as SCE） from August 23 to 25, 2018, Rafael Pino Pingto, the governor of Panama Province, and Tang Liangzhi, the deputy secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and the mayor of Chongqing, signed Memorandum of Understanding on Establishing Sister Cities Relationships during the programme of 2018 Mayors＇ Roundtable for International Sister Cities of Chongqing-Smart Innovation for Better Life, which means the formal establishment of Sister Cities between Chongqing and Panama Province.
