基于三角模糊集的时尚产品库存策略研究

摘要 时尚产品具有短生命周期特点,在库存控制中必须考虑其无形变质特征。本文重点研究短生命周期时尚产品的无形变质率问题,将无形变质率看成三角模糊集,构建模糊环境下的订货批量与最大平均利润的模糊库存控制模型,采用模糊集理论中的符号距离法进行三角模糊数的逆模糊化求得模型的最优解。此模型的分析与研究对众多短生命周期时尚产品的库存控制提出了新的控制参考理论,为企业能够有效地制定短生命周期时尚产品的库存策略提供了一种新的思路和方法。 Fashion products have the characteristics of short life cycle, and their intangible metamorphismmust be considered in inventory control. This paper focuses on the problem of the intangible deterioration rate of theshort life cycle fashion products. The invisible metamorphism rate is regarded as a triangular fuzzy set, and the fuzzyinventory control model of order batch and maximum average profit under the fuzzy environment are constructed.The best solution of the model is obtained by using the symbolic distance method in the fuzzy set theory. Theanalysis and research of this model put forward a new control reference theory for the inventory control of manyshort life cycle fashion products, which provides a new way of thinking and method for the enterprise to effectivelyformulate the inventory strategy of short life cycle fashion products.
