基于协同创新的应用型本科英语师范专业人才培养模式改革研究——以许昌学院为例

Research on the Reform of Training Model for EFL Student Teachers in Application-oriented Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation——Take Xuchang University as an Example

本文以许昌学院英语师范专业为研究对象,基于协同创新理念,梳理应用型本科英语师范专业人才培养模式改革的思路,并从培养目标定位、课程体系优化、教学改革、"国培"和"省培"资源的利用及师资培养等方面阐述了许昌学院英语师范专业人才培养模式改革的具体举措。

This study explores the approaches to the reform of training model for EFL student teachers inapplication-oriented universities from the perspective of collaborative innovation and elaborates the measures takenby Xuchang University in its reform from the following aspects： the orientation of training target, the optimizationof curriculum, teaching reform, utilization of instructional resources in national and provincial training program, andteacher training.
