白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的近期疗效观察

Observation on the short-term efficacy of cataract phacoemulsification excision combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract

目的观察白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的近期疗效。方法选取我院2016年5月～2017年6月收治的原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者共100例(120眼),所有患者均接受白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术治疗,术后进行6个月的眼压和视力随访。结果术后眼压较术前逐步降低,术后1周、1个月及6个月眼压与术前眼压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);患者术后视力较术前逐步提高,术后1周、1个月及6个月视力与术前视力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前前房深度为(3.59±0.34)mm,术后前房深度为(4.72±0.83)mm,术前、术后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障实施白内障超声乳化摘除联合房角分离术,能够有效降低患者眼压,促进患者有效视力的恢复。

Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of cataract phacoemulsification excision combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods A total of 100 patients（120 eyes） with primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected. All patients were given cataract phacoemulsification excision combined with goniosynechialysis. Postoperatively, intraocular pressure and visual acuity were followed up for 6 months. Results The postoperative intraocular pressure of the patients was gradually decreased compared with that before surgery. The intraocular pressure at 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after operation was statistically significant compared with preoperative intraocular pressure（P〈0.001）; the visual acuity after surgery was gradually improved compared with that before surgery. The visual acuity at 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after surgery was statistically significant compared with that before surgery（P〈0.05）. The patient＇s anterior chamber depth before surgery was （3.59±0.34） mm. The anterior chamber depth after surgery was （4.72±0.83） mm. The comparison before and after surgery was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification excision combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of patients and promote the recovery of effective visual acuity.
